Although we'd love to help you get a peaceful night's sleep, it's tricky for us to advise that our powder is suitable for use when breastfeeding. This doesn't mean that the ingredients would cause any harm, it is simply due to the lack of research on a number of ingredients in the formula such as Ashwagandha and Reishi.
Due in large part to a lack of research and hard data, it is difficult for health care professionals to say definitively whether or not ashwagandha is safe when breastfeeding. “Like many other herbs, ashwagandha is currently listed as ‘unsafe due to lack of evidence’ with regards to breastfeeding,” Clifford explains. “However, this is at least in part due to the ethical-moral implications of performing research studies on pregnant or lactating women.”

Yes! There is 187.5 milligrams of Magnesium per serving in the Unwind + Recover Blend. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for adults 19-51+ years is 400-420 mg daily for men and 310-320 mg for women.
We recommend taking the Unwind + Recover around an 1 hr before you go to sleep to allow the adaptogenic blend to take its effect. In terms of mixture, this is personal preference; you can add hot water and a splash of cold and mix well (we recommend using a whisk, if you have one) Or you can add in your preference of warm oat milk, cows milk or any other kind of milk for that matter for a creamier texture. Try cold milk for a cacao milkshake (without the sugar spikes!)
