Although we'd love to help you get a peaceful night's sleep, it's tricky for us to advise that our powder is suitable for use when breastfeeding. This doesn't mean that the ingredients would cause any harm, it is simply due to the lack of research on a number of ingredients in the formula such as Ashwagandha and Reishi.
