"I AM NOT A SCIENTIST, but I actually started taking the Focus & Elevate mushroom blend after reading that functional mushrooms can help with hormonal balancing. I'm aware that sixways do a product more directly aimed at hormonal balancing, but unfortunately I cannot drink coffee, so I tried this one. And without being able to directly prove anything, I have noticed that since starting to take this product, I have had no more cystic acne. The only times I have had cystic acne breakouts have been when I have run out or my routine is thrown off in some way and I neglect to take it for a few days. I know this isn't the main goal of this product, but it has been how it has worked for me. Again, I can prove nothing. But I like taking it, and have been doing so for over a year now. I've only just started the daily hydration electrolyte powder, but I like it too, and add it to my water bottle when I go to the gym."
