We recommend taking the Unwind + Recover around an 1 hr before you go to sleep to allow the adaptogenic blend to take its effect. In terms of mixture, this is personal preference; you can add hot water and a splash of cold and mix well (we recommend using a whisk, if you have one) Or you can add in your preference of warm oat milk, cows milk or any other kind of milk for that matter for a creamier texture.
