The ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Focus + Energise Mushroom Blend 🍄
- 1 handful of frozen mango 🥭
- Half a banana (fresh or frozen) 🍌
- 1 small orange (peeled and sectioned) 🍊
- A small piece of ginger 👩🏼🦰
- 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric 💛
- 1 spoon of yoghurt (dairy or coconut) 🥥
- A good splash of water or milk 🥛
