Immunity Boost Smoothie Recipe with Lion's Mane + Maca Root ⚡️

Packed with antioxidants, vitamins and adaptogens, this immunity boosting mango smoothie is guaranteed to help keep winter colds at bay and give you energy (bonus: it tastes like you've just hopped onto a tropical island)

The ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Focus + Energise Mushroom Blend 🍄
  • 1 handful of frozen mango 🥭 
  • Half a banana (fresh or frozen) 🍌 
  • 1 small orange (peeled and sectioned) 🍊 
  • A small piece of ginger 👩🏼‍🦰
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric 💛 
  • 1 spoon of yoghurt (dairy or coconut) 🥥 
  • A good splash of water or milk 🥛 
    we like a thicker smoothie, but if you're looking for more of a juice texture just add more water) 

Method: 

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Serve in your favourite glass for an instant energy boost
